Hi! I am Costanza Baldrighi, Ph.D. Student in Applied Economics and Management at the University of Pavia (XXXVII Cohort) and my main research field is Transformative Innovation. 

In 2017, I obtained the Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management at the University of Milan. In 2018 I completed a one-year Master in cultural events at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan). In 2020 I got my Master's Degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Pavia. I discovered my passion for research during the writing of my Master's thesis, which focused on the Innovation Management.
